Plenty OF Room FOR Everyone - Features Outside Kitchen.A rear private bunkhouse for the kids or guests, dual entry for easy access, an outside kitchen for the outdoor chef in the family, and the list continues on reasons why to rent this travel trailer.As you enter through the main entrance, the bedroom is to your right. Inside the bedroom you will be welcomed by a comfortable queen bed, dual wardrobes, additional storage, and a TV.In the kitchen you will find a double sink, three burner range, microwave, and a refrigerator. On the opposite side there is a slide with a u-shaped dinette and sofa. Next to the dinette is a pantry for your food items. You can view the entertainment center from the kitchen and living area.The bathroom offers a tub, sink, medicine cabinet, and a toilet. Plus there is a private entrance/exit outside from the bathroom. Now that's convenient!The rear of the trailer offers a private bunkhouse. You will find a slide with a dinette and top flip-up hinge bunk on the road side. On the opposite side there is a bunk above a closet and entertainment center.Outdoors you will sure enjoy the outside kitchen that has a two burner range, sink, and a refrigerator.There are plenty of overhead cabinets plus an exterior pass thru storage compartment and an awning.Can sleep up to 11 people for those with big families. Bunkhouse has double bed bunk, plus dinette converts to double bed, with a fold down bunk above, kitchen dinette converts to double bed and sofa converts to double bed, plus queen size bed in bedroom.@@@ UGA Tailgating Special @@@
We'll deliver to site of your choice surrounding Athens on Friday afternoon and pick it up on Sunday morning. We'll handle the setup, takedown, tank dumping and cleaning. You just have to show up and be there for a walk-through at setup and takedown. Includes 2 camp chairs, 2x4 folding camp table & grill. Just add the "UGA Tailgating Special Package".***Important Information***What YOU Need TO TOW OUR Camper:
Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 7500 lbs. To pull you Must have a vehicle with a Class III (or better) receiver. We'll provide the hitch and sway control system, absolutely no pulling a trailer on a bumper ball. You Must have a 7-way trailer connector installed on your vehicle and electric trailer brake controller.Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 50 amp electrical cable and 30 amp adapter, 2 full connected propane tanks, 1 set of queen, 1 set of double and 1 set of twin bed linens (additional sets of linens available for a fee).NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own bath towels and wash cloths, toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above.Important: For safety reasons, no open flames (candles, matches, lighters, gas lanterns, etc.) are to be used inside the trailer except to light the gas stove top. Please use a long match or lighter to do this. No smoking or vaping of ANY Kind is forbidden inside or near the trailer. Any evidence of smoking inside the trailer will result in additional cleaning fees and potential loss of security deposit. Please note that we do NOT grant requests for prior day pick up of the trailer. Rental is based on per night, so you will need to book from the date you want to pick it up through the date you return it.
