Yan and her husband were terrific! I had the trailer delivered and setup at the needed location. The travel trailer was clean, well maintained, and the attention to convenient kitchen usage was appreciated. The trailer setup supported my needs perfectly! All communication was prompt and informative. It was clear that they took pride in ownership! If ever there is a need again, they will be my first Choice. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable!

When embarking on a vacation, anything that helps with organization for the trip & reduces stress is most valuable. That was certainly our experience with Yan & JC, the couple from whom we rented an RV. The Coleman Lantern Edition pull-behind RV was well designed, dependable, and comfortable. One of the design features we enjoyed the most was the arrangement of the dining & sitting area. Also notable was the relatively large refrigerator/freezer for an RV of this size class, and the freezer would legitimately freeze ice cubes. Yan & JC's additional appointments of extra lighting, extra USB & conventional charging spots, integrated bluetooth speakers, and decorative elements, made for a most enjoyable environment. However, the experience we valued the most was Yan & JC's kind hospitality. They took extra time with us at both ends of our journey to educate us on the features & use of the RV, and treated us as more than "just renters".
