5.0Our previous booking got cancelled last minute, we reached out to this renter and they were phenomenal. Responded right away, gave us the info we required to make an educated decision. Once I met up with them to pickup the trailer it was a seamless process, very knowledgeable, showed me everything I needed to know, the instructions manual was a great touch, showed you exactly what to do if you're stuck with pictures and a great guide. The trailer was clean and tidy, stocked with more than we hoped for and a beautiful personal touch to our family. Hitch, stab bars were all provided including a drill for the levelling jacks, we had to bring nothing with us to get this parked and setup on the camp site. The maintenance was easy as explained by the renters and seamless. Trailer held up amazingly in stormy weather and had everything you needed (Heat/AC/cooking, etc). Overall a great experience and a great team to rent from, we will do it again.

5.0Kristy & Mark were wonderful to deal with! Their camper was the perfect size for my family of 4 + my niece, nephew & our little weiner pup. The trailer came with everything we needed & then some. We had another trailer booked that was cancelled by the host last minute, & Kristy & Mark were our saviours, accepting our booking on such short notice with delivery & pickup, even though they were attending a funeral the morning of pickup. The only issues we had were 1) I had to rewash most of the dishes, which I feel was more on the prior guests, & 2) there was a water leak on the hot water line. This was 100% a prior guest issue. They had stuffed paper towels in the sealed compartment & sealed it back up without reporting the leak to the hosts. When we found it, K&M offered to drive from Stoney Creek to Niagara Falls to fix it! We said no as it was just a loose gear clamp that my husband was able to repair easily. They were so gracious & even offered us compensation for the repair & inconvenience. We would highly recommend this trailer! We made some amazing family memories with my whole family that never would have happened without them, & I cannot thank them enough. We will treasure these memories for years to come!

5.0The RV filled the gap for a large family gathering we hosted at our home. It was delivered and set up in our driveway as promised. We were able to plug in to 110v outlet to keep the AC working over a hot weekend. A garden hose connection allowed for an extra bathroom and shower. Thanks Kristy and her husband.
