Our camper is a 2019 Prowler Lynx that sleeps 9 people comfortably. The camper requires 30 AMP service and provides water, power, sewage and cable TV hookups. Additionally, the camper has a power awning with built in speakers and led lights, an outdoor Camp Chef Grill With Flat top, shower area, and an underside storage area.
The private queen bed sleeps 2 comfortably with 2 storage closets and additional storage under the bed.
The kitchen/living area provides stainless steel appliances: oven, microwave, freezer/refrigerator, gas range and a deep Double sink. Features include a large slide out, pantry, TV and a radio/DVD player that allows for aux cord and Bluetooth hookup for campers to connect their phone. There is also a digital thermostat for controlling the heat and A/C or you have the freedom to open the windows throughout the camper. The kitchen table and sofa both convert to beds sleeping three campers.
The bunk house includes 3 bunks and a Kiddie Dinette that converts to a bunk sleeping 4 campers comfortably. Qué incluye 5 plates, 5 bowls, and 5 cups are provided along with utensils.
- Pots, pans, and cooking utensils are provided.
- Toilet paper and paper towels provided along with a bottle of dish soap.
- Board games to enjoy with the family.

- Fresh linens on all beds. ( linens will be provided dinettes and sofa)Otros detalles importantes1. Absolutely NO Smoking!! Evidence of smoking in camper will result in loss of entire of security deposit.

3. $250 delivery and set up fee. We will deliver the camper to your campground of choice and set it up for you along with pick up on your scheduled return date for campsites within 60 miles of camper residence.
4. Black and Grey tanks are to be dumped prior to turn in. Failure to do so will result in a $100 Dump Fee. Campers delivered and picked up will be dumped by the owner.
5. Two pet maximum - Please no pets on the furniture.
