Patrick is a responsive host, communicates easily, and handled a repair reimbursement without argument. However, he has cancelled multiple bookings, some on the day of departure.
Drives fine, comfortable for trips
The RV drives fine, AC stays cold, and is comfortable for family trips. However, a guest reported cleanliness issues, underinflated tires, and missing leveling blocks at pickup, with one incident of needing on-road repairs.

3.0Owner communicated easily. And unit drives fine and stays ac stays cold and serves the purpose of our trip. The downside was when we picked it up we had to wash it. The awning was very dirty and interior had not been dusted or wiped down. We had to stop and air the tires up and when arrived to campsite there weren’t any blocks or levels to level the camper. Make sure to bring your own.

5.0Patrick gets 5 stars for being a responsive host and taking responsibility for a situation that was out of his control. Patrick's RV was the victim of poor service by repair shops that didn't do a good job. We were forced to make repairs on the road at a not insubstantial cost. Once the repairs were made, the RV was a nice rental. Most importantly, Patrick did not argue about any of it. I sent him a summary and pictures of what happened, he immediately recognized that he was the victim of poor service, and didn't hesitate to reimburse me. I wholeheartedly recommend renting from Patrick. He is a standup guy.
