The comforts of home in a super cute and clean easy-to-pull travel trailer camper. Sleeps 6 with a queen bed made from a sofa, full bed made from dining area and back room with full length bunk beds. The kitchen features a 3 burner stove and an oven, built-in microwave, good size fridge and freezer and double sink. Dining area has built-in TV and entertainment system. Spacious bathroom with shower and small tub. Lots of storage space. Heat and air conditioner work great!The camper is equipped with all kitchenware, paper goods and cleaning supplies.You need a vehicle with about a 5,500 pound tow capacity. It uses a 7 pin connector and a 2 and 5/16 inch ball. We have a ball you can borrow if needed. The camper takes 30 amp service and 120 volt.Delivery and pick-up is available in Dane County, Wisconsin for $250.00 in addition to the nightly rental fee. This includes us dumping the tanks.

For everyone's safety & well-being, the following rules are strictly enforced:
1. No smoking of any kind. Detection of smoking will result in an automatic $500 penalty.
2. No candles or incense. Flameless diffusion of essential oil use is okay.
3. Do not use exterior ladder. No climbing on the roof.
4. No use of awning. We have screen tents you can rent for a small fee.
5. No cats.
6. Dogs must be supervised or crated.
7. Cooking of foods with strong odors (fish, spicy, etc.) must be done outside.
8. Use RV toilet paper only.
9. Do not exceed 65 MPH speed limit.
10. Only drive on paved/gravel or surfaces made for driving. No driving on sand/mud/marsh or other off road surfaces.
