This was our first time camping in an RV. George walked us through all the steps and was available for questions. He checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing all right. The van was great. It was well equipped including with linens, dishes, flatware, and cooking pots. This made it much easier for us since we were flying to a family reunion and picking up the van once we arrived. Would highly recommend
