5.0This was our first time renting a camper van for a road trip, and it turned into one of the most memorable experiences our family has had together. We spent the weekend kayaking, hiking, and exploring the Keys with our two dogs. Virgilio made the entire experience seamless. He dropped the van off, walked us through everything step by step, and made sure we felt comfortable before we left. Everything worked perfectly and was very easy to use. We had zero issues during the trip. At the end of the weekend, Virgilio even picked the van back up. That made a big difference since we were exhausted after such a full trip. We would absolutely do this again. It was an incredible experience from start to finish.
