This trailer has an open floor plan, double bunks, queen master bed, dining table lalso turn into bed. Also has an mini fridge and stove. electric awning with LED strips porch lighting. Trailer comes with all connections necessary for full campground hookups. What's included hitch ,Clean, sanitized unit Fresh linens Clean towels Rv toilet paper Plates, cups, bowls, and utensils (plastic and Paper) Pots and pans 4 camping chairs Extra blankets TV outdoor table outdoor 1burner stove Please do not put anything else down the toilet. Anything other than RV toilet paper (feminine products, wipes, paper towels etc) can clog the system and will result in a minimum $300 fee being deducted from the security deposit. Trailer must be dumped before returning or an addition $75 will be charged.We have a strict no smoking policy. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and marijuana. This is to ensure a clean, welcoming trailer for every guest. Violation of rules can result in losing the full deposit. Please treat our trailer like it’s your own. We want to make sure every renter has a great experience. We understand being in nature will always cause require some degree of cleaning afterwards, but additional cleaning fees will apply is there is excessive deep cleaning needed.
