5.0We had a great experience with this RV rental. The vehicle has two expandable slide-outs—one on the side and one at the back—which made the space very comfortable for our family of four. The refrigerator worked perfectly, and the microwave, which also functions as an oven, was very convenient to use. The RV is also equipped with a large-capacity lithium battery, which made traveling and camping much easier. Throughout our trip, whenever we had questions or encountered small issues, the owner, Victor, responded promptly and provided helpful support. His timely communication gave us peace of mind and made the whole journey much smoother. Overall, this RV was reliable, spacious, and well-equipped—highly recommended!

4.0While we had a fabulous holiday touring BC and Alberta in Zhan's RV, we could not recommend it until several serious deficiencies are rectified. - The external water connection leaked badly and filling the water tank was a constant annoyance, despite us changing the hose fitting as advised. This leak also meant we could not connect water directly in an RV park. - The indicator lights for the level in the grey and black water waste tanks were completely inaccurate, making it impossible to estimate when they needed to be emptied, risking overflow. As we spent a lot of the trip in remote campgrounds without services, these plumbing issues had a bigger impact than if we had been in serviced parks. Zhan has acknowledged the issues, and promises to fix them, but they did have an unexpected adverse impact on our trip. We enjoyed the RV apart from some other annoyances like inadequate bedding, and a noisy generator and heater, plus some items needing maintenance. The lack of a handover/user manual meant we did not appreciate the full workings of the RV, and we discovered how things worked along the way. The RV does drive very well, and the full size fridge is very good. Overall a great trip, let down by the issues above.
