No smoking in this unit! Pets are allowed upon approval. **This is a 50 amp unit. We do have an adapter for 30 amp hook ups. However, this unit has 2 AC's. 30 amp will only run the main AC unit. It will not run both.** No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a you forfeit your $500.00 security deposit. You should never be on the roof of my unit. You are not to go over 75MPH. If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you $150. If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $100 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit & a Pet cleaning fee of $50. If you are late returning the unit there will be a penalty fee of $25 per hour (this charge is flexible upon open communication). Renters are responsible for the tires on the unit. Renters are responsible for returning RV in usable condition.
