5Ben was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and thorough. He clearly explained how to use the RV, and the instructional video he provided was incredibly helpful. The only areas for improvement would be the fresh water level sensor, which didn’t seem accurate at times, and the cleanliness—the RV was a bit dusty inside when we picked it up. That said, the overall experience was still great, and we’d be happy to rent from Ben again and highly recommend this RV.

5We had such a great experience with the trailer and with Ben! He was super helpful and responsive to texts. The trailer was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. My kids loved the bunks and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. The bathroom is a little small, but not any smaller than we expected and we stayed in a campground that had full facilities. It was super nice to have so many charging outlets for phones and watches. It pulled nicely behind our Ford F-150. Overall the experience was awesome! We will absolutely rent from Ben again!!
