I built her myself (with help from friends) and a ton of love has been put into her maintenance and care. I built and insulated this thing myself -- I enjoy being in vanna white, she's cozy, simple, no frills. I insulated her myself so I know she can stay warm in the winter, cool in the summer.Recent Updates:camp shower, 4ft table, camp toilet, camp stove, electric hotplate, Nespresso Machine--New Brakes and Rotors as of 2/24

— This setup is designed to be really useful for shorter term trips to national parks etc. and not to be taken off grid for longer periods of time.
— No built in toilet and no built in water system— but there is a camp toilet and box shower under the bed in the back. A small amount of Potable water is also provided.
—There is no indoor stove but there is a folding table and a hot plate/ skillet to cook electric. I didn’t really want my cedar wood walls to smell like cooked meat; trust me, cooking/bathing where you sleep is not cute.
— if you would like, a camp toilet and a box shower can be provided.
— 330 watt solar/ 30amp DC charger while driving 200Amp hour lithium ion battery system. All battleborn / victron components
— there is an AC power hookup for shore power, and the cable/adapter is provided.
— this van has never had a mechanical issue, and has been maintained with real care since the beginning.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If I am in town and available I will drive the van to you within 20 miles of Mid City, Los Angeles. This includes the LAX, Long Beach, and Hollywood Airports. If I am not in town, or I have work, you'll need to meet me at my address. I am open to other arrangements like leaving the van at the airport parking lot-- but you'd be responsible for those charges.
Q.
Is there air conditioning in the rear of the van?
A.
Unfortunately, no. Rear A/C is usually powered by a generator, which this van does not have. This is reflected in price; usually these vehicles cost more to rent. (& they charge for usage/fuel) After living in this van for years, I can tell you that unless you're in the high desert in the summer, you can live without it. The MaxxAir fan and open windows can create a nice ventilation, especially after the sun goes down. A/C or no, this van is a metal box. They get hot in the sun.
