Important Rental Terms, Addendum & Pickup Requirements Travel outside the United States, including Mexico and Canada, is not permitted. Use of the RV for Burning Man is strictly prohibited. This rental is governed by the Outdoorsy Rental Agreement and is further subject to the Outdoors RV Rentals Rental Terms, which serve as a supplement and addendum to the Outdoorsy contract. At checkout, guests may review our full rental terms via a link to our website and must acknowledge agreement prior to completing the reservation. The Primary Renter must be present at pickup with valid government-issued photo identification to complete the rental agreement and provide the required security deposit. All approved drivers must also be present at pickup to present identification and sign the rental agreement. Drivers not present and verified at pickup are not authorized to operate the vehicle. After checkout, the Primary Renter will receive an email within 24 hours requiring electronic signature of the Outdoors RV Rentals Rental Terms (“Face Page”), Rules of the Road, and any additional required rental documents. Completion of these documents is required to confirm and lock in the reservation dates.
