The bed is long enough to comfortably fit the vertically gifted. With full window shades, screened opening windows, and an integrated vent fan, you may need to set an alarm to avoid sleeping in! Use the 2 USB ports and 12V outlet in the sleeping area to charge your phones overnight along with a 300w pure sine inverter to run a laptop.

Renter must view and eSign our Outdoors RV Rentals Rental Agreement the “Face Page,” and any additional documents we provide at the time of rental within 24 hours of reservation so we can confirm and lock in the dates of your chosen rental. Traveling to Mexico, Canada, Burning Man Event is Prohibited. Rental Policies 1. Rentals must be returned with a full fuel tank as we charge by quarter tank $5 gallon + $35 refill fee. Rentals must be returned at or before the date and time indicated on the rental contract. 2. A $75 per hour late charge for motorhomes or $50 per hour late charge for vans will apply until 5 PM that day, and thereafter the rate will be double the daily rate. 3. Pets are strictly prohibited unless rental allow and option chosen, (A $300.00 steam-cleaning fee will apply plus $95 pet hair removal). 4. No Smoking/camp smoke/foul odors is allowed inside the rental A $500.00 steam-cleaning fee will apply & ozone machine). 5. The rental must be returned completely clean both inside and out as the unit received clean without dirt, and all surfaces clean and without residual. 6. Motorhome must return with topped off propane tank $75 fee and septic tanks dumped $150 fee. Upon return, Lessor reserves the right to apply cleaning charges. It is not uncommon for such charges to be in the range $100.00 to $300.00+. Lessee understands and agrees that any cleaning or accrued fees arising from failure to comply with the above will result in charges against the the credit card on file and or the security deposit. We suggest not using the awning. If you return the RV with awning damage, you will be solely responsible for all repair costs up to $5,000.

Deductible Waiver
Each deductible waiver purchased waives $500 of your insurance deductible. Purchase 2 or 3 to get $1000 or $1500 reduction in deductible. Please note that insurance companies treat multiple incidents as multiple claims. If you have two or more accidents on your rental, each has their own separate deductible.

  • Security deposit: 850,00 € (refundable)
  • Prep fee: 84,15 €. Unit will be professionally vapor disinfected by a Certified Germpro Specialist. If rental returns needing more than 1 hour to wash & vacuum, we will add an additional cleaning fee of $75 an hour.

Thank god we found this van! Very clean, low mileage, Apple CarPlay. Pick-up and drop-off very easy, took 15min. Good communication with the owner. He told us how to operate the car, battery, bed, stove and etc. We went to national parks and slept at the campgrounds, it was beautiful experience. Will rent again next time in Washington.
