RULES OF THE ROAD At Journey USA RV Rentals, we offer an elite fleet of RV rentals and expect our vehicles to be cared for and operated responsibly. Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Important: Our RVs include only basics (water hose, sewer hose, power cord, toilet paper, paper towels). Add-ons such as bed sheets, towels, and kitchen utensils are optional extras. Have you added what you need? Delivery - We provide delivery, setup, and pickup services. It is typically a minimum of $300 or $6 a mile if over 50 miles. Refueling cost is calculated at the end of the reservation and is charged to the renter's card on file. An additional $20 service fee applies to the refueling process. No Roof Access – For your safety and the preservation of the vehicle, climbing on the roof of any RV is strictly prohibited. No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside any RV. To maintain a clean, comfortable environment, we kindly ask that smoking be kept at least 20 feet from the vehicle. Pets – We welcome dogs, but we maintain a strict NO CAT policy. Please ensure your furry friends meet our pet guidelines.
