GREAT!!! Everything was smooth sailing with Journey RV

This was my first time renting an RV. I currently own a travel trailer and decided to try something new. That was a mistake! Listen, because of Bill and his team during the rental process I really never want to rent an RV again, I now actually want to sell my travel trailer and purchase an RV now. This transaction was more on a personal level then just renting through an online portal. I had a number of communication problems when looking for an RV rental provider before finding Journey USA Rv Rentals. Questions were never answered over the phone; instead, they were always answered by text or email. However, when I contacted Journey USA Rv Rentals, I was impressed by the communication right away. Even after I requested to view the RV before booking a reservation. They were open and gave me permission to feel free at anytime to come browse their inventory (I opted not too as I was impressed with several phone calls back and fourth answering questions). At other places, others wouldn't allow me view the RV until a reservation was booked. The communication from the start asking for 12 days of rental and arranging insurance for it was perfect before we picked it up for our journey. At my request, they called my insurance carrier to make sure everyone would be covered, and they did so without hesitation. I already had RV coverage from my personal RV, this saved me money and prevented me from having to buy extra insurance from the company. During my vacation, I traveled across the United States for 12 nights and 13 days throughout our adventure. I traveled more than 3,600 miles. The journey and our experiences were once in a lifetime. There were a few bumps in the road with the RV itself. The trip was not halted or disrupted by anything. Despite several problems that led to some difficult moments, my wife and I kept going on our trip. During this trip, some warranty/mechanical issues were found on the 2024 Forest River. I later discussed the issues with Bill throughout the RV return process. Bill was not satisfied with the issues and was unaware of them. Bill was more receptive and immediately offered to make things right. I iniitally did not want to bring the issues up, thought I would just not return as a future customer. However I want the next renter to enjoy their vacation, and if I didn’t communicate issues how can a business attempt to help. I knew all of the issues were not in the control of Bill or his team therefore decided to talk to Bill. Bill and his team have gone above and beyond in their interaction with me. I personally did not like bringing the issues up, however, I know the next person that rents it will be more than satisfied as well. Bill listened to me carefully and kept in touch with me at every stage. You have to try this place! In addition to planning our next adventure with renting an RV from here, I hope to bring in more business if I can through my family and friends as I have expressed how this team is all about communication. This experience and memory will last a lifetime. If there is an issue, they will listen. Communication is key to building a long lasting business relationship, and to see this business continue to succeed as I do enjoy the camping adventures will make us future renters satisfied. My experience with Bill's RV was 10/10! Went to a music festival with family and friends and this RV comfortably housed 7 of us. Came equipped already with full tanks and it was very easy to drive from Florida to Tennessee and back. Definitely recommend all of Bill's vehicles to all who love to travel!
