5.0Helen is great, this is the 2nd time Ive rented with her. The RV is great for my truck that can't tow too much weight so this one fits just right. She is great to work with me to schedule drop off at my house and easy pick up for her in a mutual location. Appreciate it again! I will probably see her again next year, same time
