the RV was very nice, large, had everything we needed. It was overall surface clean when we walked in but was pretty dirty once we started looking around. we had to clean the trailer before we could even unpack everything. our feet were brown after walking on the floors. great amenities with the unit and had all we needed as to towels, kitchen supplies etc. beds were not all to comfy, the pull out couches do not even really lay flat, they were not so great. the master bed could also be much better for this rental price, it felt like a big mattress topper with no support underneath. 9 am checkout is rough as well. I know Disney wants you out of the spots by 11, but to have us do such a large cleaning list which is silly when paying this much as well as pack up and be out so early is a bit rough. even 10 would be so much better. this time of checkout is the only reason we would consider not booking with escape again overall we loved the experience and the RV more than met our needs. the few things mentioned above were all we would change. we have already booked our spot for next year at fort wilderness, will likely book with escape again unless we find better checkout times.

The RV was completely setup when we arrived. The RV was just what we needed. It was clean and had everything that we needed to make us feel at home. Communication with Escape RV was excellent. We highly recommend them. This was the second time using them and both times they were great to work with.

Everything was good for the most part, but I wished the dump tank sensors and handle worked properly. We had to deal with a lot of gnats in the bathroom the first night. Not sure if the tank was dumped before the RV was first given to us.

This trailer exceeded our expectations and friends and family all thought so too. We loved the open modern styling, windows and skylights everywhere, and multiple pop-outs that made the rooms extra spacious and comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home!
