General Use • No smoking inside the camper (including vapes). A $250 cleaning fee applies if violated. • No climbing on the roof. • Do not tow anything behind the camper. • Close awning during high winds or when leaving the site. Inside the Camper • Treat the camper like your own home—respect the furniture, appliances, and decor. • Remove shoes when possible to keep floors clean. • No pets unless pre-approved (pet fee may apply). • Do not leave food out—store all food securely to prevent pests. Water & Tanks • Use only RV-safe toilet paper (provided).Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. • Monitor tank levels and avoid overfilling gray/black tanks. • Use water conservatively—especially when dry camping. Power & Hookups • Use surge protectors when plugging into shore power. • Don’t overload electrical circuits (avoid running A/C, microwave, and other high-draw appliances all at once). Departure Checklist • Return camper in the same clean condition as received. • Empty black and gray tanks (unless you selected tank dump add-on). • Remove trash and perishable food. • Wash dishes and return items to their original places. • Refill propane tank (unless you selected propane add-on). Damage & Liability • Report any damage or issues immediately. • You are responsible for any damage caused during your rental period. • Accidents happen—just communicate clearly and promptly.
