Will deliver and set up within 50 miles of Salt Lake County. Can easily tow with half ton truck or V-8 SUV with 2-5/16 ball. I have trailer stabilizer for it. Great for family 4 adults and 2 children are comfortable, see pictures. Fireplace, Full 30Amp hookup. If dry camping there is a fee for set up and dumping of $100. Full Kitchen with oven, electric/gas refrigerator. Gas water heater and furnace, AC will only work if plugged into 30Amp Power Supply. I do have a Generator which is $100. rental with no limit on run times. Also you will be responsible for your own gas. It has to be outside and Vented to use with this unit. Separate Queen Sleeping up Front. Bathroom in the Rear of Trailer. Very Easy to Pull. Must purchase the renters insurance through Outdoorsy to qualify to rent this trailer.
