Although we experienced a surprise flood in the camper, C3RV was quick to respond and fix the issue.

the trailer was not as clean as I expected it to be.

Honestly, we were disappointed by condition of the trailer, inside and out. The bottom step had a broken weld and handle on outside was loose and wobbly. My husband was coming off a back injury and I have RA so being sure footed is critical. We just prayed no one fell. I spent some time cleaning the shower and mopping the floor as it obviously hadn’t been cleaned well or at all. The cubbies for storage hadn’t been wiped out either., so they were not used.
