The onboard battery can also be charged using the 7-pin trailer/vehicle plug while driving. I enjoy exploring the southwest, including visits to AZ, CO, UT, NM, and CA, that can usually be accomplished in 3-5 days. The further off the beaten path the better. I like to disperse camp and avoid RVs, especially those with generators. My approach to a camping trip is less = more while striking a balance of comfort. After using a few different roof top tents and building my own 5X8, I'v e found that the Taxa Cricket meets those criteria best. Hope you enjoy using it as well!
