All bed sheets are included (just bring your favorite warmer blankets), has a queen bed, and 2 double bunk beds (4) and the option to make the dining table to a small bed to sleep 2 smaller people. Bathroom includes shower/tub, vanity and toilet. Kitchen includes; microwave, fridge/freezer, stove top and lots of kitchen storage. Lots of storage compartments outside the trailer. Power awning outside with LED lights. A/C and furnace. Trailer comes with tow hitch to fit most hitches, swaybar, extension cord and 30A outlet included in rental. Tows very light! No smoking or pets inside trailer.
