We love our Catalina! Two air conditioners and an on demand water heater. Plenty of cold air and you never have to take a cold shower. It has two bunk beds and a fold out couch with a half bath in one room for the kids. We even outfitted this room with a TV for gaming or watching movies the parents don't like. Our master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, lots of storage space and a door to the main bath. There is another entrance to the bath from the hallway. There is another pull out couch with a TV in the kitchen/ dining/ living area. We have a large fridge and plenty of storage space for food. Basic utensils, dishes, pots and pans are included. Lots of counter space for food prep. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a small bar fridge. The kids love the awning with blue lights for night time.
