2019 Winnebago Outlook

There should have been better communication with the renter regarding details of the RV. When we went to pick it up, he did not give us the code to get the key. We had to wait till he got back to us with the info. Then we were told the generator wasn’t working a day before our trip and it was too late to cancel. When we got to our destination, there was a backup generator in the RV but had no gas therefore we had to go get gas in order to use it. We were disappointed in the lack of transparency in regards to the information provided prior to renting the RV. Had we known we probably would’ve rented a different one. Other than that, we had to adjust in order to make the trip enjoyable despite the issues.

Brian was very helpful and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. He threw in some towels, bed linens, and pillows for free. Highly recommend!

Brian was always available to answer questions. He works with the renter to make the transaction seamless. Took the RV to Idaho and did not have any problems. Great getaway!

Great rig. Brian was easy to work with.

We had a great time in Brian's RV..Would definitely rent again if we don't buy our own first. He did a good job of answering our questions even though we had limited cell reception in most areas. Overall, renting from him was a good experience. Slots fill up fast so book early to ensure you get the dates that you want.
