There is a sink with pump and water tank. There is no grey water or black water tank as there is no toilet.There is a propane powered furnace which works beautifully to keep it warm, weve had it out in -10 during a cold snap and it worked great to keep us warm all night.There is a stove top to cook inside as well as a mountable stovetop that can cook outside, both are in great condition. The fridge is smaller but it is deep so it holds a surprisingly good amount of food.There is a awning that is aftermarket that is actually bigger than what was intended for the trailer, so the awning is quite nice to sit under in the rain.This trailer is easy to tow, easy to maneuver, and we even have the tow mirrors for smaller vehicles to help see behind it while driving.2 inch ball
