Simply be in communication with us around your Drop Off Time to avoid the late return fee.Parking Your Car While You Are Renting:When not in use, we keep our RV at a fenced and gated RV storage facility very close to our home. You are welcome to store your car in our RV storage spot while you are renting.Keeping Our RV Nice for Everyone:We love sharing our RV and the outdoors with others. We also understand that the outdoors is a dirty place (that's why we love the outdoors, right?!?). That's why we ask you to do a little cleaning before you return our RV to us. Just sweep it out, wipe things down, and make sure you get all your belongings (if you forget something, we'll get it back to you). That way we can get our RV spic and span for the next user.Just note, if you return our RV to us in an EXTRA dirty state (beyond what any sane person would consider normal), we will charge you an extra $100 for cleaning beyond our normal $125 cleaning fee. This is rare, but we just wanted to put it out there.Please no smoking or vaping of anything inside our RV. The smell may not bother you, but for others, it can be a real problem. So if you are going to smoke or vape, please do so outside and away from the RV.Please note that if you do smoke or vape anything inside of our RV, you will be assessed a $200 fee for smoke cleaning (it turns out the process is pretty expensive). Please be courteous and keep our RV fresh and awesome for everyone.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We will work with you to setup a time that works well for you and your trip. We will set that up by text once you have booked your trip with our RV.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Our RV was built to make driving and staying in it easy. Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter has Lane Keep Assist, Lane Change Assist, and a Back Up Camera to keep you safe. The living area includes everything you need including a full kitchen to keep you well fed, a bathroom with shower to keep you clean, and an entertainment center fo those nights when it's a little too cold or rainy to sit around the campfire. Our RV has you covered in luxury, but its set up for adventure.

How do you clean your RV during the COVID-19 pandemic?
A.
First, we clean the van before and after every rental following Outdoorsy's recommendations. We do this wearing N95 masks and gloves to protect you and us. Then we use an ozone generator inside the van to further protect you. Lastly we run all utensils, plates, cups, and other kitchen wares through the sterilization cycle in our dishwasher to ensure they are clean and then replace them in the clean RV while wearing masks and gloves. As you can see, we take everyone's safety seriously.

What about pets?
A.
We love all pets and have a couple ourselves. We are happy to have your dog (only one please) join you on your trip. Due to allergy issues, we ask that you don't bring cats or pets other than a dog along with you.
