The 3 burner stove is perfect for indoor cooking, and baking desserts is an option with the propane oven. Sink covers provide extra counter space for meal prep. Over the sink is a coffee pot with mugs, complimentary coffee/hot cocoa, spices, and dishes. Under the sink are prep bowls in multiple sizes, a pot, pan, cast iron skillet, and dutch oven. All you need to pack is the food!Private master bedroom with queen size bed, 2 closets for clothes, battery-powered reading lights, and solar-powered outlets for charging phones. The bed has a 3-inch memory foam topper and a water-proof mattress pad. There is a full-size bed over the dinette and a pull-out sofa bed. Fresh and sanitized linens are provided for all 3 beds.There is a full bathroom with a linen closet and shower tall enough that my husband doesn't complain. We've included basic hygiene products and all the RV toilet paper you could need.The main area of the trailer has a TV with a DVD player and an audio system with inside and outside speakers. Some of our favorite movies and games are kept here, just in case you get stuck inside with bad weather.Our trailer has an AC and furnace, electric awning, and onboard generator. If you don't have hook-ups, the generator is required for the AC, coffee maker, and microwave to work. But not all at the same time, please.Fits a 4 seat RZR up to 64” wide

* No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the trailer, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. The tires have road hazard coverage, the tire must be brought back no matter what.
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* The only pets allowed are dogs. A fee is required and evidence of any other pets in the trailer will result in this fee being assessed out of the security deposit.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We understand the schedules of camping and will accommodate your needs as best as we can. We can do pick up as early as 6am so you can get packed and on the road.

Can I tow this camper with a half-ton pickup?
A.
Yes, with some exceptions. NOT if you are loading a SXS and filling the water tank. Only with a brake controller. Where are you traveling to, are there any big grades? Do you have experience towing? If you aren't comfortable or want to take your SXS along, we recommend delivery.

What kind of hitch do I need?
A.
We have an anti-sway hitch that is provided. We also have the adapter sleeve. You will need the 7-pin connection with a brake controller.
Q.
Do I have to use your linens?
A.
Not at all. Please send me a message requesting that linens be pulled from the camper before pickup.
