Owner Responsiveness
Jeffrey was very communicative and helpful, ensuring we were informed on RV features and available via phone/text for issues. He was easy and quick to respond to any questions.
Vehicle Condition
The RV itself was in fantastic condition and was perfect for our trip. It fit our group of 8, drove well with no issues, and had plenty of room with useful features like AC, stove/fridge.

5.0My experience with the host and with the RV were very good. Host - Jeffrey is a to-the-point, no-nonsense straight talker. He wanted to make sure we were informed about all the RV features and did not rush us through too fast. He's the kind of host you'd want for this kind of large investment. RV - We rented the RV for 9 days and thankfully were incident-free. The host would have been available via phone/text in case there was an issue. The RV is 31' long so we didn't take the size into consideration enough as it was difficult to find parking for a rig that large. I was impressed with the engine's ability to pull something that heavy up and down the hills of the national parks we visited (Olympic and North Cascades). It took us a couple days to learn we should secure personal items a bit better than we did, as our stuff we kept on the counters would slide and fall off. The RV does drive a lot like a bus, and the lanes in national parks and in Seattle are rather skinny, so drive with caution. I'd recommend watching some YouTube instructional videos before hitting the road. The RV had plenty of room, especially with the slides out. The overhead drop-down bed can sleep 2. (The host did mention that it's not uncommon for the bed to come down or go up on the motors a bit wonky/unlevel, but he told us how to overcome that, and it was only a minor issue.) The sofa can sleep 2. The table converts to a bed and can sleep 2. And the bedroom can sleep 2 as well. I'm taller (6'4") and I fit without hanging off the end. Sheets and blankets were plentiful and included in the rental price. He also loaned us an easy-to-use bicycle rack for hauling bikes. There is plenty of storage and the stove/fridge worked perfectly. The RV also had self-leveling jacks which came in handy on uneven campsites. One asterisk - The owner had to remove the awning because renters kept damaging it (not retracting the awning during high winds, etc.), but I didn't find out until I arrived. It turned out not to be a big deal for national park camping. Long story short, would rent this RV again, and would definitely do business with the host again. Thanks Jeffrey.

5.0We had an amazing trip with Jeffrey’s Thor Hurricane! It fit our group of 8 and drove well with no issues. We had the best time at the Gorge & Mt. Rainier with the fully stocked RV 😃. Grilled, cooked, showered, and had great comfort in the AC. Jeffrey was easy and quick to respond with any questions we had!
