Responsive and accommodating hosts
Sarah is responsive, and Nate handles pickup/drop-off efficiently. Both are helpful, accommodating to changing plans, and deliver on promises, even during cancellations.
Clean and well-maintained RV
The 2022 Keystone Passport is consistently described as an awesome, excellent, and clean RV. It was perfectly set up and as advertised for family trips and music festivals.

5.0Host excellent. They did everything they promised. They did not have to deliver because I had to cancel do to a family emergency. I understood the cancellation policy. I still paid for delivery. I hope to rent another time.
