- Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate

- Security deposit: 310,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 24,80 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

We were looking for something affordable that would provide extra sleeping and cooking for our family trip to Ucluelet and Bertha was perfect and Richard was an excellent host.
