Has 3 slides, 36ft long, 8.3ft width with slides in, 8,818 lbs dry, 1 fresh water tank, 2 gray water tanks and 1 black tank. 2 AC units, centralized heater with underbelly warmer, 2 30lb propane tanks, electric fireplace. 2 Large fridges with 2 freezers, range hood over the stove, large bar area for entertaining, and scissor stabilizer jacks on front AND back.
In front slide under awning, there is an outside kitchen area. - Security deposit: 475,00 € (refundable)
- Prep fee: 95,00 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. This fee will also include washing and cleaning all linens to be ready for the next rental.
