2020 Airstream Basecamp 16X - SUV Towable! Perfect for Couples!

Easy to tow with Jeep. Convenient for the trip we were taking. Arman is a great communicator, friendly, accommodating and flexible.

It’s a nice camper. Owner very very responsive and we had some issues which he immediately responded and took care of. The bed is ample size, refrigerator has tendency to run very cold. We used it on 4 day trip for 2 of us and our dog. Stove excellent and microwave small, shower nice. We made some suggestions to owner for future and he was very receptive in order to make each campers experience even better.

Arman is great! The trailer is in good condition and was perfect for our needs. Would rent again.

Arman was a great host: delivered our trailer to the middle of nowhere (desert dry lake); patiently explained how everything worked; responded pretty much instantly to questions (texts) during the rental. The trailer was for us a perfect step up from tents and an old-school Westfalia. The systems (bed, toilet, sink, stovetop, refrigerator) all worked well. The solar panels kept the lights and refrigerator running for 3 days, 100% off-grid. We had 2 glitches, neither of which were Arman's fault; more due to the design of the trailer. We ran out of water after about 2-1/2 days; the 100 deg daytime temps might have had something to do with that, although I suspect the tank on the Basecamp is smaller than usual. We brought separate drinking water, so this wasn't a catastrophe. Also, the smallest (Basecamp & Bambi) Airstream trailers don't have DC→AC inverters, so the battery can't power your electronic device chargers. There is a single USB charging port inside one of the cabinets, but it's pretty wimpy. Glitches aside, we had a great time, and we would totally rent from Arman again. Thanks!

This was our first time camping with a camper trailer. This trailer exceeded all of our expectations.
