Our 2010 Winnebago has a cozy, re-done interior, fully loaded with 2 TVs, Roku, and PS4, with 2x after market stereo systems installed (one in the living area with bluetooth, and one in the bedroom, both equipped with subwoofers, this is not including the car stereo as a 3rd system that also has bluetooth).Comes with coffee machine & more! there's a manual awning as well.An optional chair with seatbelt can be installed where the storage bench is in the living area (swivel chair with seatbelt is currently installed).All appliances are are working perfectly! The E450 Super Duty drives like a champ with low KMs, new tires, and is super solid!The generator is great for boon-docking! Otherwise, renter will be charged for remainder of fill up. Renter will be charged for Propane used.• Killing bloody mosquitoes on white curtains will result in $30 charge.• If bedding is ruined, the cost of the replacement bedding will be charged to renter.

• RV will go out on rental with a full tank of gasoline, must come back with a full of gas, filled up in Uxbridge, On. If not, renter will be charged for remainder of fill up.
• RV will go out on rental with a full tank of propane. Renter will be charged for top up.
• No killing bloody mosquitoes on the white curtains. a $30 charge will be applied for bleaching and cleaning of the curtains.
• If bedding is soiled to the point where they need to be replaced, the cost of the replacement bedding will be charged to renter.

It is tough for me to decide if I had a better experience dealing with Daniel as a host or driving his RV, both have been excellent.
Daniel was very kind to prep the RV per our needs and giving me a detailed overview of how it needs to be handled. This was my first time driving a motorhome so I needed a lot of inputs on all the controls.
The RV has everything (and more) as detailed in the posting and every feature works beautifully.
Daniel has put a lot of thought into his motorhome and you’ll realise that when you take it out for a trip.
He was always available for help and promptly answered all of my questions.
I am certainly going to be a repeat customer and would recommend both Daniel and his motorhome to anyone seeking an adventure in a comfortable ride.
