Two Requirements for the rental are as follows:
1) A towing vehicle with a minimum of 8,000 lb towing capacity (3/4 ton pickup at least).
2) Renter must have brake controller in their vehicle.
Lots of room, 2 slide outs, bunk beds, outdoor kitchen, outdoor Shower. Sleeps 10No smoking in Trailer. If there is smoking security deposit will be lost. Should come back as clean as it went out. if not there will be a min cleaning fee of 100 dollars. No pets are allowed. Pick up time is after 7A.M. All the hitches, sway control, etc provided you just need to have the vehicle to tow with. No climbing on roof. NO travel into Mexico.
