Real doors separate bedrooms and living space, no curtains or tie backs. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook your favorite dinners with bakeware and a full size microwave. The double fridge and freezer fit so much and the additional fridge in the outside kitchen is perfect for cold drinks or just as extra space. Storage is extreme in this unit with a full pantry in both kitchens, under seat storage at each couch/bed and ample closet space.
We are happy to deliver the trailer to your door for convenience, set it up at your camping location or have it ready in Valley Center or Escondido for pickup. If you want some toys and books for the kids included just let us know the ages and we will make sure to have fun things in their room. 5Emily was so fantastic! She went FAR above and beyond to accommodate us, the rv was BEAUTIFUL, and she was so easy going. She even brought s'mores supplies when she heard we were bringing kids. I highly recommend this experience!

5Emily and her family were so accommodating! They were able to get us their trailer on a last minute reservation after another canceled right before pickup. They rallied to get their trailer ready and couldn't have been more amazing. Their trailer was perfectly stocked and cleaned. It was spacious and pristine. We will definitely be reserving their trailer again!

I understand that each trip is unique. If you need to request a different pick-up or return time just let me know! More often than not it is something that can be accomodated.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

The trailer will come with our customised manual for all functions of electric, water and sewage. We also provide video instructions on our youtube channel as a tool to download and take on the road for additional help. How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
During your pickup walkthrough we will show you our custom trailer manual. It will provide instructions for any and all functions of the trailer. We also advise our renters to watch our youtube instructional videos of those functions as well. Downloading those videos prior to departure isn't a bad idea if you will be traveling to an area without service. Do we have to return the trailer clean?
A.
We take great pride in keeping our trailer in tip top shape and understand that no one wants to be cleaning on a vacation. Deep cleaning, Sanitizing and Washing of linens is covered. We do ask that basics are completed by the renter prior to return. -Clean up any large messes (cleaning supplies are provided under the kitchen sink) -If dishes are used please wash them. -Wipe down counters and do a quick sweep of the floors. -Remove used bed linens and put in linen closet in master bedroom.
