Once he does get his license he will be able to take the Van's Renters on a free day sailboat trip, or longer paid trips (if schedules line up).
Until and after he gets his license, I will give the Van's Renter the key to the docked Sailboat to stay on, hang-out on, cook on or drink on. Not to sail with.
