Everything you hear about this establishment is true. Ryan was great. The 4x4 Tacoma was great. All the offerings attached were great. Will always be my first choice for all my future visits. Smaller businesses like these survive purely on positive experiences and word of mouth for a reason - they ARE that great to work with. Save yourself the hassle and pick one of their vehicles. 5 stars all across!

We loved the rental experience from start to finish and look forward to a return visit. Ryan and Nic were delightful and the tacoma was well thought-out and ready for our trip up the sunshine coast and around vancouver island. The truck is technically an over-sized vehicle for ferry purposes (above seven feet), so adds a bit of expense there. Camping-wise, the truck had everything that we would usually use for car camping, with added upgrades like a plush exped duo mattress and handy magnetic lights that worked in the tent too. We wish we were still out there! As an outdoorsy critique, be prepared for the 3% foreign transaction fee if using a non-Canadian credit card. We were charged six times by Outdoorsy which feels kind of clumsy from a user experience perspective, so you should consider booking directly with the company instead of via outdoorsy if possible.
