Important Rental Information – Please Read Before Your Trip We’re excited to help you hit the road and enjoy your adventure! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following guidelines: •Fuel Type: This van takes gasoline only. •Travel Restrictions: Travel is permitted within the U.S. and Canada only. •No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. •Pets: Dogs are welcome, but please keep pets off the bed. •Road Conditions: Driving is allowed on paved or well-maintained dirt/gravel roads. Off-road travel or use of 4x4 trails is not permitted. Renters are responsible for damage resulting from off-road use. •Pickup & Drop-off Times: We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. All rentals must be returned by 6:00 PM on the final day. •Fuel & Propane: Please return the van with a full gas and propane tank. If not full, a $50 fee plus the cost of fuel/propane will be deducted from the deposit. •Cleanliness: Help us keep the van fresh for future guests! A broom, Clorox wipes, and paper towels are provided for your use. Vans returned with excessive pet hair, sand, or debris will incur a $100 cleaning fee. •Linens & Towels: Feel free to leave used towels on the bathroom floor. We’ll handle the laundering of all bedding for the next guests. •Waste Disposal: Please empty the grey water tank and cassette toilet before returning the van. A $100 fee will be applied if either tank is not emptied upon return. •Festival Policy: Our van is not permitted at the Burning Man festival under any circumstances. Travel to all other festivals requires prior approval. Unauthorized festival use will result in forfeiture of the security deposit for cleaning or damage fees as necessary.
