Private master bedroom with queen size bed, TV/DVD, A/C and furnace, electric awning, microwave and fireplace. The refrigerator operates off of propane or electric. Propane is included, but you will need a generator if you are in a non-hookup site. The sofa is short and will not sleep anyone over 5' tall.This trailer holds 56 gallons of fresh water. 2 grey water holding tanks for a total of 75 gallons & 1 black holding tank of 40 gallons. If you are at a non-hookup site and will be camping for more than a few days, we would recommend looking at our model T2550 trailers that have greater tank capacities.Our trailers come with essential kitchen items such as a pot, pan and coffee maker, but they do NOT include: pillows, linens, towels, plates, bowls, cups or utensils. There is NO SMOKING in any of the Trailers. If the Trailer is returned with any kind of smoking odor, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and or repair.
No climbing on the roof of the trailer.
Limited Supplies: Each trailer rental comes with different supply capacities, check the specs on the one you have rented. It is your responsibility to ensure that these resources last your entire rental period. We will not provide customers additional water, holding tank capacity, propane, or batteries during their rental period.
The trailer needs to be returned in similar condition as when delivered. If damages occur or the trailer is left dirty, fees will be charged.
If an issue comes up, or something is not working properly please notify us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. No refunds are made due to an item not working properly, IE TV/DVD, radio etc.
