Empty Waste Tanks Before Return – If full, a dumping fee may apply. Secure All Items Before Driving – Close cabinets, secure loose objects, and retract the awning before moving. Refill Propane (if applicable) – Return with the same propane level as when picked up unless opting for a refill service. Clean Before Returning – Sweep floors, wipe surfaces, and remove trash to avoid cleaning fees. Don’ts: No Smoking – Smoking inside the trailer will result in a cleaning fee and possible loss of deposit. No Unauthorized Pets – Only approved pets are allowed.
