*No pets allowed unless approved with $150 pet fee. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture and are NOT to be left alone in the Coach. Multiple pets need to be disclosed and negotiated as we have spent over 4 hours cleaning hair after a pet rental.*Keys to be returned on the original keychain, and there is $50 ea. minimum charge for any lost keys.*A $75 fee may be incurred for renters dumping tanks and the sensors not reading empty. (2 full tank flushes required as part of tank dumping)*Normal delivery takes no longer than 1 hr to complete once arriving at your destination. If obstacles to a timely delivery occur (ie. difficult access, lack of communication, etc), we reserve the right to charge $100 for every hour or portion of an hour, beyond the first hour, that it takes to complete the delivery.*A $150 cleaning fee may be charged if the trailer is left excessively dirty (ie. dirty dishes, trash, dirty counters, tar, and / or unswept floors)
