Ford E-450, V10, sleeps 6, 2 slideouts. Air ride tire airbags, for smooth drive. Drop off available. 2 swivel captain driver/passenger seats, 2 seatbelts, back up camera, (GPS available), Bluetooth and CD, dash radio. Living room: Large slide out living room , 2 suede recliners with seatbelts, 2 TV trays, 1 antenna and fire internet TV, cd player, surround sound.
Kitchen: stove/oven, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, double sink, lots of counter space, 4 person dinette, with 4 seatbelts and baby seat hooks (that becomes addition 2/person bed). Instapot, Coffee pot, toaster oven, pots, pans, utensils (plates, silverware, coffee mugs).
Bathroom: Separate sink and toilet, w/ 3 storage cabinets, hooks for towels. Standard 4 towels, wash clothes, toilet paper. Separate shower.
Overhead cab: Additional bed, sleeps 2 and has extra room for storage with seatbelt strap.
Master bedroom: slide out with walk around queen bed, linens on bed, internet and antenna tv, 3 closets, additional cabinets for storage and privacy door.

Pick up time 2 pm, drop off 11 am. No smoking inside coach house. No climbing on roof, no attaching anything to bumper, ladder or any part of the RV without prior authorization. Must let owner know if towing. No driving with TV antenna, slide outs, vents or house windows open. Generator can run if needed. Generator rates apply. Propane runs refrigerator while driving. Make sure to turn off propane while fueling or going in tunnels. Turn back on after. Must either buy insurance or provide insurance coverage to cover rental. Coverage declined, insurance must be
able to be verified.
