5.0communication both before and after the rental were great. while the RV is not brand new, it is in really good condition and we really enjoyed renting it. The heater works great and the master bedroom mattress is very good. Will definitely rent from this person again

5.0Great trip from start to finish! First time using Outdoorsy. Joshua made sure we had everything we needed for our trip from set-up to take-down. It is a turn-key set-up, just show up and have fun! I would definitely book this RV again.
