We had two false starts in terms of booking an RV when one guy moved and another had sold his van. We did struggle to get prompt responses from Outdoorsy in relation to the deposits that we had paid and the way the total costs were laid out. Outdoorsy we very slow in responding to our queries regarding insurance and we still don't know when we are going to get our deposit back.

Alex’s van was wonderful. Well stocked with everything you might need, well designed storage, water, power etc, and Alex was great to deal with. Highly recommend this van.

The Marengo was a fantastic home for our island getaway. No surprises - true to the photos and description. Smooth and easy to drive, very comfortable bed, tons of storage and beautiful wood finish. Alex was a great host - communicative and easygoing. We look forward to another trip in the Marengo some day soon!

Amazing experience and Alex was an amazing host. Loved the van and is totally worth renting to see Vancouver Island with.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
When you book the van it is your for the entire day. There is no set time. You can depart at 8am and come back at 5pm if desired
In terms of location I am willing to drive the van out to the airport / ferry terminal to meet my arriving guests. There is a fee for this but its only to compensate for the time / orchestration in doing so.
