The Sandlot Escape is a spacious 2026 Catalina Legacy Edition (36') that comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 10 guests and welcomes up to one large or two small dogs (sorry, no cats).Designed with families in mind, this camper features a private master bedroom with a queen bed, a rear bunk room with two Versa Queen bunks, and additional sleeping space provided by the convertible U-shaped dinette and sofa.Enjoy all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, USB charging ports, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker, plus a 43" Smart TV for relaxing after a day of adventure. We also provide a selection of family-friendly board games and card games to keep everyone entertained on rainy days or quiet evenings at the campsite.Outside, unwind beneath the LED-lit retractable awning and enjoy the fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a flat-top grill and refrigerator. JBL Bluetooth speakers inside and out let you enjoy your favorite music wherever you are, while the automatic self-leveling system makes setup quick, easy, and stress-free.A pet fee applies for approved dogs. Campsites must provide water, sewer, and 50-amp electrical hookups. This helps avoid a $100 dumping fee to be deducted from the deposit.If you’re having the trailer delivered and set up for you, we also have the option of an add-on service for $50 where we’ll take care of emptying the tanks at the end of your rental.Just a heads-up—if the tanks aren’t emptied and cleaned before you leave, there may be a $100 fee deducted from your deposit.For non-delivery rentals, we strongly recommend booking campsites with full hookups, including water, sewer, and electrical service.Please clean up after your stay, remove all trash, and leave the camper as when you arrived. If the camper is returned in excessively dirty condition and requires significant additional cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be deducted from your security deposit.

• Only the approved Occupants for the use of the trailer.
• Please return all games and remotes to their original area.
• Please return the RV in the same clean condition as you received it. This includes washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and properly disposing of trash. Any excessive cleaning will incur a fee or charge to deposit.
• Notify of Any Damage Accidents happen—please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
• No Smoking. A $250 fee will apply if smoke is detected. No Festivals or Tailgating Use. This RV is not allowed at festivals or tailgating events. Violations will result in loss of deposit.
