RV Rental Agreement Terms 1. Smoking Policy: No smoking is permitted in the RV. A $500 fee plus cleaning/repair costs will apply if smoking evidence is found. 2. Roof and Ladder Access: Renters are prohibited from accessing the roof or using the rear ladder. 3. Return Conditions and Fees: The RV must be returned in the same condition as pickup. The following fees will apply if conditions are not met: • Waste Tanks Not Emptied: $150 • Fuel Refill: $50 plus fuel cost • Propane Refill: $50 plus propane cost • Mileage Overage: $0.55/mile over 100 miles per day • Excessive Cleaning Fee: If the RV is returned excessively dirty beyond normal use, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged, or the cost of professional cleaning if necessary, whichever is higher. 4. Late Return Fee: If the RV is returned later than the agreed return time, a fee of $50 per hour will be charged for each hour past the return time. 5. Long-Term Rental Clause (Rentals Exceeding one (1) Month): For rental periods exceeding one (1) month, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to mechanical breakdowns, appliance malfunctions, or issues with the RV’s electrical, solar, water, or waste systems. This policy applies regardless of any delays or loss of use caused by such issues. The owner will take reasonable steps to repair or restore the RV to working order as quickly as possible. If it is determined that any issue arose due to renter negligence, misuse, or avoidable actions, the renter will be held responsible for the full cost of repairs, replacements, or services needed to restore the RV to working condition. Acceptance of Terms: By booking and/or accepting the handoff of the RV, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. This clause supersedes any other agreements or contracts, whether written or implied, related to the rental of the RV.
