Lbs (full of water) don't have to worry about parking, but with a slide out it has plenty of walking space. One queen size bed has a memory foam mattress along with a cushioned cover top making it more comfortable. Pull-out futon sleeps 1-2 ( 1 adult, or 2 small children) while serving as a sofa in the day time. Fully equipped kitchen includes gas burners, electric microwave, outdoor grill gas grill hooks on easily, electric coffee pot. (no oven) .(keurig on request) Bluetooth speakers indoor and out, smart TV/DVD player with satellite, (please leave indoors). Stand up shower, commode and sink in one room, no tub. Please note if generator is needed,it is available with an extra charge of 75.00
