Bunk beds and sofa/dining areas are slide outs (2 separate slide outs) to make plenty of space for living. The AC and heat work great, allowing for use in any climate. We’ve owned it since 2016 and only used it a few of times. The RV comes stocked with some basic pots/pans, plastic dishes, cutlery and some cooking utensils, toilet paper, paper towels. Bring your own lawn chairs, pillows, linens and towels. These items also available to rent for additional fee. My husband and I are both military veterans and retirees, with a combined 50 years of service between the two of us. This is probably why he and I love to travel. We've travelled to Europe a couple of times (by plane, not in the RV, hahaaa!), and recently cruised the Mediterranean Sea. Canada and Alaska are still on our bucket list. Also, having been in the military for so long, we've become accustomed to taking care of our equipment and making sure things are clean and ready for inspection. It is our goal when renting out our RV that our customers receive a clean, proper-working and safe RV, to take worries out of your vacation.
We bought our RV almost new (1 year old and 6,000 miles on it). Since then, we don't use it enough to justify keeping it, but haven't committed to selling it either, since our two kids love it (ages 12 and 11). So, to make it worth our while, we decided to rent it out. We have used it mostly to travel locally around AZ (so much to see and do in our beautiful state) and to southern California. We've not taken any long trips in it, except last summer, we drove up near Sacramento to visit family. There have been a few local trips to Peter Piper Pizza with my son and his friends on his birthday, the trip to the Grand Canyon and AZ wine country, Tombstone and Bisbee. But for the most part, we use it for shorter vacations and weekend get-aways. We hope our renters get as much joy out of it as we do.
